The successful candidate will provide strategic input to senior management, supervise HSE professionals, and drive incident investigations with corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline.
• Seven or more years experience in oilfield operations or an engineering related position.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• ASP or CSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSE staff and implement programs.
• Provide strategic input to senior management on HSE topics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA CFRs and company policies.
• Conduct incident investigations and close-out corrective actions.
• Coordinate training, audits, and budget forecasting.
