Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives in Richmond, VA. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and an undergraduate degree are required.
• Capable of working in dusty, hot/cold/wet conditions.
• 10-12 years of direct HSE experience with certifications/qualifications.
• 3-5 years of direct supervision in a fast-paced maintenance/construction environment.
• General computer skills and good verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Safety and Environment initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinate delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services.
• Interface with regulatory bodies, clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement training, reports, plans and procedures.
• Oversee daily safety audits and safety huddles, ensure permits and JSA are in place.
