Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Sr. HSE Inspector located on the site to support the Site Manager and HSE Supervisor in implementing health, safety, and environment initiatives.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED required.
• Capable of dusty, hot/cold/wet conditions.
• 5-7 years HSE experience with certifications.
• 3-5 years classroom training experience.
• Proficient in email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Capable of developing HSE training modules and using portals.
• Capable of presenting training to small groups.
• Planning and scheduling HSE training activities.
• Able to ascend/descend stairs and access confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager/HSE Supervisor with HSE initiatives.
• Develop and deliver HSE training materials.
• Maintain training matrix for all employee levels.
• Coordinate training sessions to prevent expirations.
• Maintain site Incident Management System.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits.
• Support customer satisfaction and quality service values.
• Create and sustain personal safe work environment.
