Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Project Sr. HSE Inspector to help instill a ZERO Harm culture on the site. You will develop and deliver HSE training modules and lead safety meetings, audits, and training scheduling to ensure compliance and high standards across operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the training matrix, coordinating sessions, and supporting incident management. The role emphasizes agency procedures, client expectations, and a proactive safety leadership

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop HSE training modules and classroom materials.
• Experience delivering HSE training across multiple levels of employees.
• Ability to maintain and monitor training matrices and complianceTracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE training subject modules from company and client procedures.
• Deliver training to all levels of employees.
• Maintain employee training matrix and track expirations.
• Coordinate scheduling of training sessions to ensure expirations are not exceeded.
• Maintain the Incident Management System for site entries.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits.
• Lead or participate in site safety meetings and audits as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to improve HSE performance and recognition.
