Turner & Townsend is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our team supporting a large-scale oil & gas construction project in Richmond, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong construction safety and environmental knowledge in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities include oversight of site safety, contract and budget management, risk assessment, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifikationen

• Oil & Gas sector experience required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in related roles.
• CCM certification preferred.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring HSE plans.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of the overall construction effort and progress reporting.
• Own and manage contracts and budgets for direct contracts as assigned, ensuring alignment with cost budgets.
• Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
• Identify and address quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
