Job summary

Gulf Coast Industrial is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee safety, health, and environmental programs across projects. You will align site practices with OSHA regulations, client expectations, and corporate policies, driving a culture of Zero Accidents and Injury.

You will partner with Project Managers and Supervisors, deliver timely reports to stakeholders, and ensure effective safety communication with customers and teams on every project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of safety experience in an industrial setting.
• OSHA 30 Certification (Construction/General Industry).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on Site-Specific Safety Program changes per OSHA and client requirements.
• Act as safety liaison between client, contractors, and Gulf Coast Industrial.
• Develop Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) as needed for projects.
• Advise on updates to Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) to Corporate Safety Director.
• Train Project Managers and Field Supervisors on Corporate Safety Program and SS Plans.
• Monitor Site-Specific Safety Plan implementation and risk management on site.
• Conduct Job Site Safety Audits to identify weaknesses and risks.
• Train Field Supervisors and Operators on OSHA/MSHA regulations.
