The Walsh Group is seeking an HSE Manager for the Water Division in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on implementing health, safety and environmental processes, conducting investigations, and maintaining required safety records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Equivalent CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction EHS (Health, Safety & Environment).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective site-specific EHS plan.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits.
• Plan and coordinate hazard elimination and risk reduction.
• Conduct quarterly on-site EHS audits.
• Inspect project site for compliance with regulations and policies.
• Conduct accident investigations and incident reporting.
• Provide EHS training and orientation for personnel.
• Administer the SPAT process on assigned projects.
• Provide weekly EHS updates to EHS Leadership.
