The role focuses on contractor safety, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, incident prevention, and continuous improvement, with on-site and travel requirements. Responsibilities include HSE reviews, incident response, MOC/HAZOP/FMEA participation, and mentoring other HSE staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, safety, and environmental studies or STEM field required.
• 5+ years HSE operations experience in industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with contractor safety management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct HSE technical support during industrial turnarounds, maintenance activities, and projects.
• Review contractor safety plans and monitor on-site activities for compliance.
• Participate in MOC, HAZOP, and FMEA reviews and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed and support on-site activities.
