Job summary

The supervisor will manage program implementation, ensure playbooks are current, and lead efforts to reduce costs while improving service quality. Strong MS Office skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and need for changes.
• Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Act as a resource to staff as the subject matter expert.
• Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures ensuring they are current and effectively implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
