Job summary

Seppic, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, seeks an HSE Manager at the Richmond site in VA. You will lead all Health, Safety and Environmental functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and continuous improvement under IMS and PSM frameworks.

Responsibilities include chairing PSM, overseeing MOC, managing environmental permits, and mentoring the HSE Specialist. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an HSE professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship building with site employees, external stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and leadership.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations; experience with state/local agencies.

Responsibilities

• Chair PSM committee and coordinate actions to maintain compliance.
• Oversee Management of Change (MOC) process for non-quality matters.
• Coordinate PHA revalidations and track actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and illnesses; drive CAPA.
• Maintain Emergency Action Plan and coordinate with HAZMAT responders.
• Translate IMS directives into procedures and drive continuous improvement.
