Job summary

United Pharma in Kansas is seeking an experienced HSE leader to provide interim leadership and strategic direction for health, safety, and environmental operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will mentor the site HSE team and drive environmental compliance improvements while ensuring readiness for wastewater system implementation.

Qualifications

Senior HSE leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong environmental compliance program implementation expertise.
Experience with wastewater treatment or environmental infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Provide interim leadership and mentorship to the site HSE team.
Strengthen environmental compliance programs, procedures, and controls.
Support wastewater treatment system implementation, startup, and operational readiness.
Oversee environmental compliance related to wastewater, waste management, permits, and reporting.
Partner with Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, and site leadership.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement.
