Job summary

Nucleus RadioPharma in Rochester, MN seeks a Senior EHS Specialist to lead site environmental health and safety programs at the manufacturing facility. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies covering industrial hygiene, chemical safety, waste, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with the Radiation Safety Officer on radiation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive EHS experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/radiopharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CIH, CHMM or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite EHS lead for Rochester operations and support areas.
• Develop and improve site EHS policies and risk assessments.
• Lead compliance with MNOSHA/OSHA requirements and AW AIR program.
• Own the industrial hygiene program: exposure assessments, sampling, monitoring.
• Lead chemical safety activities: hazard assessments, SDS, labeling, training.
• Manage hazardous and regulated waste programs with proper records.
• Conduct routine EHS audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, and EHS events; track corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS permits, plans, records, and regulatory submissions.
• Deliver role-based EHS training and emergency preparedness drills.
