Modular Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist II to oversee field-based health, safety, and environmental programs across project sites in Texas.

You will collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and regulators to promote a safe work environment and compliance with standards. The role involves conducting site inspections, hazard identifications, trainings, and investigations, with up to 25% travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level safety education with hands-on experience in field safety on construction sites.
• Experience conducting site inspections, hazard identifications, incidents investigations, and training.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support safety programs and incident prevention initiatives to reduce risks.
• Implement project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Coach and teach duties to junior team members.
• Deliver safety meetings and trainings to enhance hazard awareness.
• Support audits, inspections, evaluations, and incident investigations.
