Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of HSE programs for sizeable client accounts. You will drive proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Environment Health and Safety function.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic risk management to safeguard employees and communities, aligning with CBRE's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Additional certifications as required by local authority.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders, and to ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review playbooks, and procedures to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track operational and safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate incidents.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and propose solutions.
