Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications as required by local government.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Strong mathematical ability for percentages, fractions and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying programs meeting regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate existing programs for suitability and need for changes.
• Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account or market area, ensuring current, complete, and implemented playbooks.
• Serve as an Environmental Health and Safety resource to staff and internal customers.
• Observe opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus and drive decisions.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
