CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Consultant to help manage Environmental Health and Safety programs across major accounts or market areas. The role is part of the EHS function, safeguarding employees and surrounding communities, with leadership on playbooks and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications as required by local government.
• Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Highly sophisticated math skills and ability to handle percentages, fractions, etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create programs that meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate existing programs to assess suitability and need for changes; suggest improvements.
• Act as HSE SME and provide direct, timely advice to account management.
• Discuss performance, compliance, trends, and concerns with clients.
• Oversee HSE plans, playbooks, and procedures for assigned accounts; ensure current and implemented.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing service quality.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for objectives.
• Lead by example and mentor others in the function.
• Influence stakeholders to align with CBRE policies and objectives.
