Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Environmental Health, Safety and Environment Consultant to support management of EHS programs for a specific account or market area. You will help identify applicable programs, assess their suitability, and maintain plans and procedures.

You will coach staff, drive cost reductions, and model CBRE’s RISE values while collaborating with internal teams. Role requires strong analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work under broad guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications as required by local government.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong judgment from analysis of multiple information sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on solutions.
• Strong mathematical abilities for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying programs meeting regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Evaluate existing programs for suitability and changes.
• Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account, ensuring current and complete implementation.
• Serve as an Environmental Health and Safety resource to staff and internal customers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
• Apply knowledge of standard principles to complete complex assignments and offer solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of activities within team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
