Job summary

SMJV seeks a Business Systems Analyst – HSE Digital Solutions to administer the Origami Risk platform, develop Power BI dashboards, and support SharePoint solutions for HSE operations. You will collaborate with HSE, IT, and vendors to translate needs into scalable digital processes and reports.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, process mapping, and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Five or more years supporting enterprise business systems.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or administering enterprise software platforms.
• Experience gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, and delivering digital solutions.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), and workflow automation.
• Experience supporting HSE, EHS, or operational management systems is preferred.
• Experience with Origami Risk or a similar enterprise HSE management platform is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Origami Risk platform and related systems.
• Gather requirements and map current and future business processes.
• Develop dashboards, BI reports, and data visualizations for leadership.
• Create and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and workflows; build Power Apps/Automate solutions.
• Collaborate with HSE, IT, operations, and vendors; train users and support change management.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance for system enhancements and integrations.
