Georgia Power seeks a Safety and Health Business Analyst to design and support technology solutions for the Corporate Health and Safety organization. You will translate operational requirements into reliable databases, dashboards, and automated workflows using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data modeling, data validation, and reporting across Microsoft platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot applications, dashboards, and workflows and coordinate resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with safety professionals, business owners, end users, and technology teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Analyze processes, identify risks, and recommend tech-enabled improvements.
• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain databases, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft solutions.
• Manage lifecycle activities including testing, release coordination, and change control.
• Establish data governance, privacy, security, and auditability controls; resolve data issues.
• Train users and develop documentation and training materials.
• Evaluate approved AI tools to automate routine work while ensuring security and oversight.
