Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Associate to help develop complex procedures and guidance within the HSE program. You will support monitoring performance, manage compliance records, and communicate inspection findings to leadership and clients.

The role involves analyzing data, proposing strategic improvements, and collaborating with management to implement cost-reduction and quality initiatives across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve performance results.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored correctly for compliance purposes.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients, and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems; may recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions.
