Job summary

Medexus Pharma is seeking a Transplant Account Manager to drive engagement and adoption of GRAFAPEX across HSCT programs in the Great Lakes region. You will interact with transplant physicians, pharmacists, APPs, and nursing teams to promote on-label use and educate stakeholders.

This field-based role requires strategic outreach and coordination with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams. You will lead speaker programs, lunch & learn events, and congress follow-ups, ensuring timely adoption

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in oncology/hematology commercial roles or related healthcare environments.
• Experience working with academic medical centers and HSCT environments preferred.
• Proven ability to engage transplant physicians and support product adoption in clinical settings.
• Experience launching products or supporting utilization growth and field promotions.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement and adoption support across priority HSCT programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the broader BMT care team at target centers.
• Support adoption through stages: listed to first use, then early to repeat use.
• Identify barriers and coordinate with cross-functional partners for support.
• Reinforce GRAFAPEX messaging through on-label educational activities.
• Coordinate speaker programs, lunch & learns, and congress-related activities.
