Job summary

Medexus Pharma is seeking a Transplant Account Manager to advance HSCT program adoption across Great Lakes academic medical centers. This field-based role focuses on stakeholder engagement and practical application of GRAFAPEX through educational activities and promotional engagement.

You will collaborate with transplant physicians and cross-functional teams, lead programs such as speaker events and lunch-and-learns, and navigate adoption stages from first use to repeat use.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in oncology/hematology commercial roles.
• Experience in academic medical centers and HSCT environments preferred.
• Experience engaging transplant physicians and promoting product adoption.
• Experience with product launches or field-based promotional activities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed field environment.

Responsibilities

• Expand engagement across priority HSCT programs, including transplant physicians, pharmacists, APPs, nursing teams, transplant coordinators, and operational stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships across the broader BMT care team within target transplant centers.
• Support transplant centers navigating adoption stages, including listed to first use and early use to repeat use.
• Maintain ongoing engagement to identify barriers; coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities for deeper physician engagement and involvement of Medical Affairs and Market Access field partners.
• Reinforce awareness and practical application of GRAFAPEX through on-label educational activities.
• Execute approved promotional and engagement activities; coordinate speaker programs and congress follow-up.
• Partner with Regional Account Directors to align engagement with institutional priorities; connect with Medical Science Liaisons.
