Medexus Pharma is seeking a Transplant Account Manager to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption across HSCT programs in academic medical centers and health systems within the Great Lakes region. This field-based role focuses on educational messaging for on-label uses of GRAFAPEX and coordinates follow-up across transplant centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in oncology/hematology commercial roles or related healthcare environments.
• Experience working with academic medical centers and HSCT environments preferred.
• Experience engaging transplant physicians and supporting product adoption in complex clinical settings.
• Experience launching products, driving utilization, or field-based promotional execution preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Expand engagement across HSCT programs with transplant physicians, APPs and nursing teams
• Maintain relationships with the transplant team in target centers
• Support adoption stages from listed to first use to repeat use
• Identify barriers and coordinate with Medical Affairs and Market Access
• Provide on-label education on GRAFAPEX and its benefits
• Coordinate speaker programs, lunches, and congress-related activities
• Collaborate with Regional Account Directors and Medical Science Liaisons
• Share field insights to inform commercial planning and training
