Centroid Systems is seeking an HR Specialist to manage payroll, benefits, and HR workflows in a remote or hybrid capacity. You will oversee Paylocity payroll processing, NetSuite data sync, and onboarding for health insurance and retirement plans.

The role requires 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining strict privacy and accuracy in payroll data.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in payroll, benefits, or general HR.
• Hands-on expertise with Paylocity and Oracle NetSuite is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process regular payrolls for all employees using Paylocity.
• Manage employee onboarding for health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain personnel records and handle HR data reporting on a weekly/monthly cadence.
• Respond to employee questions about pay and benefits via HR inbox.
• Coordinate open enrollment periods and benefits administration.
