Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently meeting quotas.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users.
• Develop and maintain proposals and marketing materials for opportunities.
• Identify sales opportunities and align solutions to customer needs.
