GoodRx seeks a Sr. HRIS Manager to join the People Operations team, focusing on the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of Workday and the HR tech ecosystem.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, manage Workday integrations, and maintain secure, accurate employee data. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver enduring technology solutions that improve processes, controls, and the employee experience in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business or related field with 8+ years HR systems experience, or 6+ years with a master’s.
• Proven Workday configuration, support and optimization across core modules.
• Experience leading integrations: payroll, benefits, identity, finance, recruiting, IT.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and enhance Workday functionality per HR priorities.
• Lead integrations between Workday and third‑party systems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Translate requirements into system designs, configurations and reports.
• Manage HRIS projects end‑to‑end and document processes.
• Develop and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards and data validation.
• Maintain system controls for compliance and data security.
• Provide system training and advanced guidance to users.
