Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field plus 3–5 years of HRIS experience.
• Experience with HRIS configuration, security, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains HRIS applications, modules, configurations, workflows, security roles, and user access.
• Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts to support leadership decision-making.
• Supports payroll system administration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with Payroll and HRIS staff.
• Ensures HRIS activities comply with policies, procedures, records requirements, and security standards.
• Provides training and guidance to HR staff and other system users.
