Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. seeks an HRIS Customer Success Engagement Solutions Analyst III to support SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms from our Houston headquarters.

This onsite role partners with HR and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. You will lead advanced support, drive mid-scale projects, and help optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and change management.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive HRIS/HR operations experience.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
• Strong data modeling, reporting, and process optimization skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advanced Tier II HRIS support resource.
• Translate HR business processes into effective system solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams on tickets and project milestones.
• Lead mid-scale system enhancement initiatives.
• Gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and test changes.
• Collaborate to evaluate SuccessFactors updates and plan changes.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and deliver tailored training for HR partners.
• Create system documentation and training materials.
• Support UAT and regression testing for upgrades.
• Participate in global process standards and governance.
• Represent Customer Success in cross-department planning.
