Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) seeks a Customer Success Technical Solutions Analyst III to join our Houston team. This onsite role focuses on HRIS integrations across platforms and middleware, with emphasis on data mapping, API usage, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HRIS or related tech roles, experience with HRIS like SuccessFactors or UKG Pro, and strong SQL/XML/JSON skills. Collaboration with IT and HR is essential for accurate, automated HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, IT, CS or equivalent.
• At least six years as an HRIS Analyst, BIS Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors or UKG Pro Suite.
• Experience with complex integrations across multiple systems.
• REST APIs, middleware integration design, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong SQL, XML/JSON data mapping and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain HRIS integrations across systems.
• Design data mappings, integration flows, and validation rules.
• Develop and upgrade HRIS integrations using middleware tools.
• Support SSO setup, data flows, and system upgrades.
• Create and maintain HR data reports and dashboards (Power BI).
• Collaborate with IT and HR to ensure accurate data and processes.
