Job summary

Prada Group, a global luxury leader, seeks an HRIS & Payroll Manager to lead US and Canada payroll operations. You will manage bi-weekly payroll, ensure compliance, and collaborate with benefits, HRBP, and finance. Strong ADP experience and data accuracy are essential.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of payroll, 5+ years in management, and proficiency in Excel. The role supports audits and HRIS data integrity while aligning with company-wide talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of related work experience with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ADP required; SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Certified payroll professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state US and Canada employees.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare posting files and support accounting close.
• Support external audits (401k, workers’ comp, internal audit).
• Collaborate with benefits, HRBPs, and finance.
• Advise employees on payroll questions and new hires.
• Monitor compliance and update payroll processes as needed.
