Job summary

Vaco by Highspring, a San Antonio-based organization, seeks a hands-on Senior HRIS & Payroll Implementation Consultant to drive an ADP Workforce Now to Paycor transformation. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership to configure systems, migrate data, improve processes, and support testing through go-live.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in HRIS/payroll implementations and strong Excel/analytical skills, with direct ADP Workforce Now experience and Paycor familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of HRIS, payroll systems, or HCM implementation experience.
• Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Paycor experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration from ADP Workforce Now to Paycor.
• Lead data validation, cleanup, migration, and reconciliation efforts.
• Document current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis.
• Manage payroll-related system integrations and data transmissions.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel payroll testing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Build reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Train end users and support change management efforts.
