Kforce Inc. is seeking a Payroll System Analyst in San Antonio, TX to serve as the primary liaison among HR, Payroll, IT and Paycor.

The role focuses on system configuration, validation, workflow design, and user acceptance testing to support our transformation project. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of payroll systems analysis, hands-on Paycor and ADP Workforce Now experience, and a strong command of payroll operations and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, MIS or BA.
• 4+ years of hands-on payroll systems analysis and implementation experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Paycor experience is required.
• Experience leading or supporting HCM, payroll, or HRIS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations.
• Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT and Paycor.
• Support system configuration, setup validation, workflow design and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate issue resolution, defect tracking and process improvements.
• Support change management efforts.
• Create and maintain payroll, workforce and operational dashboards.
• Analyze payroll trends, exceptions and performance metrics.
