Kforce Inc. is seeking a Payroll System Analyst in San Antonio, TX to serve as the primary liaison among HR, Payroll, IT and Paycor.

The role focuses on system configuration, validation, workflow design, and user acceptance testing to support our transformation project. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of payroll systems analysis, hands-on Paycor and ADP Workforce Now experience, and a strong command of payroll operations and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, MIS or BA.
• 4+ years of hands-on payroll systems analysis and implementation experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Paycor experience is required.
• Experience leading or supporting HCM, payroll, or HRIS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations.
• Advanced Excel.

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Payroll System Analyst to support their system transformation. Duties:

• Payroll System Analyst will serve as the key liaison between HR, Payroll, IT and Paycor

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
