Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Payroll Manager for the Greater Philadelphia area to oversee payroll operations, compliance, reporting, systems and process improvements within a growing organization.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership and experience supporting complex global payroll operations, with proficiency in Workday HCM and ADP Workforce Now. The position is hybrid in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership and complex operations.
• Experience with multi-state and global payroll operations including US, UK and/or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits and funding.
• Lead, coach and develop payroll administrators.
• Maintain payroll systems, drive automation, and optimize HR/payroll integrations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements, controls, audits and policies across jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll accounting, GL reporting, tax reporting, reconciliations and year-end processing.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and drive process improvements.
