Job summary

GoodRx is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to join the People Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director, People Operations, Tech and Analytics.

This senior IC will own Workday configuration, maintenance, and integrations across the HR tech ecosystem, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions. This role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver efficient processes and robust data controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, Security).
• Experience directing integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, identity, finance and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, test, and enhance Workday functionality aligned with HR priorities.
• Manage integrations between Workday and third-party systems including payroll and benefits.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leaders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
• Translate complex needs into system designs, configurations, and reports.
• Lead HRIS projects from requirements to testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Research and resolve complex system, data, and integration issues with internal and vendor teams.
• Support benefits, performance, payroll, absence, and other HR programs annually.
• Establish controls to reduce risk and ensure compliance with employment laws and privacy rules.
• Monitor security roles, data accuracy, and system integrity across processes.
• Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate Workday releases, tests, and validations with teams.
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
• Provide system training and advanced guidance to users and admins.
• Stay updated on Workday trends and promote improvements.
