The HRIS Manager (Remote) is responsible for overseeing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within the organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR data, optimizing HR processes, and providing technical support to the HR team. HRIS consists of Applicant Tracking (Greenhouse), Position Management (Microsoft Dynamics), Master Worker Record (Microsoft Dynamics), Onboarding (Dayforce), Compensation (Dayforce), Performance Management (Dayforce), Payroll (Dayforce), Time & Attendance (Dayforce and Loga), and Benefits Admin (Dayforce and Loga). Responsibilities include system management, process workflow development, data integrity assurance, reporting, training HR staff, collaboration with HR, IT, and management, technical support, project management, compliance, and documentation. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field, minimum 7 years’ experience in HRIS management with supervisory experience, and minimum 2 years’ experience leading HRIS integrations. Preferred qualifications include experience with Dayforce Payroll, WFM, Microsoft Dynamics Human Resources, and integration management. The position can be located at Bloomington, Indiana facility or remote based, with occasional travel for training or system implementation.
