Job summary

Helmerich and Payne seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our HR systems. This on-site role manages a team supporting ~15,000 employees across hemispheres and focuses on data-driven decisions, reporting, and seamless system integrations.

The position is based in Tulsa, OK, with responsibility for Workday administration, upgrades, and roadmap execution to optimize the employee experience enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HRIS Workday including administration and governance.
• Strong leadership or people-management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes, data governance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday HRIS.
• Serve as the functional/technical lead for HRIS initiatives, enhancements, and escalations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of all employee data within HR systems.
