Job summary

Mintz in Boston seeks a Senior HRIS Administrator to lead advanced administration of Ceridian Dayforce, shaping HR technology strategy, governance, and system optimization across Benefits, Payroll and HR Operations.

You will own data governance, deliver complex dashboards with Power BI, and drive automation. The role requires 6+ years HRIS experience, preferably in a law or professional services firm, and strong collaboration with HR and IT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred.
• Strong HRIS data governance, reporting, and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalate complex HRIS/data issues.
• Lead system enhancements and configuration projects with requirements, testing, documentation, rollout.
• Optimize Dayforce modules and workflows across HR functions (Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, WFM).
• Partner with HR leadership to develop long-term HRIS strategy and ensure alignment with firm needs.
• Own the firm’s HR data governance framework, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness across systems.
• Build and maintain complex HR dashboards and analytics using Dayforce and BI tools.
• Lead major firmwide reports including compensation analytics, DEI, turnover, and filings.
• Evaluate processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement improvements.
