Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end projects and mentor junior team members. The role involves leading requirements workshops, designing scalable HRIS solutions, and overseeing quality gates from SIT to UAT.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of HRIS experience, deep module expertise (Core HR, Talent, Payroll), and a Workday Core HCM Certification. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 4-7 years HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Workday Core HCM Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions for complex scenarios.
• Configure HRIS modules ensuring best practices and optimization.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
• Mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
