Job summary

Toyoda Gosei North America in Troy, MI is seeking a highly autonomous HRIS Expert to lead HRIS initiatives and support HR processes across TGNA and AMCs. You will ensure data integrity, optimize system functionality and drive technology solutions within the HR organization.

The role requires 6–8+ years in HCM system development and operations, with strong knowledge of HR processes, data management and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
6–8+ years of experience in HCM system development and operations.
Experience with UKG Pro is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily HRIS operations and initiatives across TG North America and AMCs.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and other departments to support and improve HR systems.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security within the HRIS.
Design and maintain data management, reporting needs and ad hoc queries.
Lead testing of system modifications and train users on functionality and best practices.
