Job summary

Menlo Security is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own the full HR technology stack, including HRIS, ATS (Ashby), and HR ticketing systems. You will shape data architecture, drive integrations, and surface workforce insights to inform HR leadership decisions.

You will lead analytics dashboards in Tableau, build scalable processes, and partner with HR leadership on technology strategy. Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR systems administration and people analytics.
• Hands‑on experience managing an enterprise HRIS platform and ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.

Responsibilities

• Own the full HR technology stack — HRIS, ATS, ticketing system, and future tools.
• Serve as system admin across HR tools ensuring data integrity and access control.
• Lead integrations across the HR stack and roadmap to automate manual entry.
• Evaluate and implement new HR technologies with build vs. buy considerations.
• Own data entry for non-integrated systems during automation transitions.
• Be the escalation point for HR system issues and inquiries.
