Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in MIS or CS.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience and ability to model business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to drive results.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC and HR software implementations.
• Experience with change management and training in HRIS projects.

Responsibilities

• Serves as HRIS administrator and gathers requirements from HR functions for system configurations.
• Collaborates with project teams to implement HR systems and ensure timely delivery.
• Develops standardized HR analytics and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Supports testing events and data delivery to third-party implementers.
• Maintains knowledge of HR plans, programs, and benefits in relation to payroll.
