Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking an HRIS Analyst Senior to support the HR organization with business requirements and HRIS solutions. You will gather information from stakeholders, assist in evaluating alternatives, and help ensure secure, reliable HR systems.

You will work on system configurations, data delivery to implementers, and the development of standardized HR analytics and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Strong SDLC knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS or CS with 5+ years.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and HR software implementation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to drive business results and partner with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document HRIS requirements from business units.
• Support HR systems implementations and system upgrades.
• Develop standardized HR analytics and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Assist with training materials and change management.
• Coordinate data delivery to 3rd party implementers.
• Monitor security and reliability of HR systems.
• Participate in project management activities.
