Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS, maintain system configuration, and drive data integrity across HR processes.

You will serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external customers and design advanced reports to support key HR decisions. The role requires 5+ years of Dayforce experience, payroll/HRIS knowledge, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, IT or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Ceridian Dayforce and Ceridian Dayforce configuration.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of payroll and/or HRIS systems, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills with reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS application system administrator (maintain system configuration, coordinate system upgrades).
• Super-user for HRIS for data entry, updates, troubleshooting, reports generation.
• Analyze, design and build ad hoc complex reports and documents.
• Provide specialized HRIS support and development services for HR-related applications.
• Production support for new and existing applications/interfaces and resolve issues.
