Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Dayforce HRIS administration, configuration, or systems analysis experience required.
• Experience supporting payroll and workforce management processes within an HRIS environment required.
• Hands-on Dayforce configuration and administration experience including payroll and workforce management functionality.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills required.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on Dayforce configuration and administration experience is required, including experience with payroll and workforce management functionality.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required.
