• Processes the organization's HR information using HRIS and applications.
• Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of HR administration and projects.

• Leads projects or project steps within larger projects and mentors less experienced colleagues.
• Provides primary and backup support in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and related modules.
