Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with substantial coursework in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Five years of responsible experience with HRIS and complex databases in a networked environment, including one year in a lead capacity
• Alternative relevant mix of work/education/training/experience as determined by Marion County

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HRIS superuser and lead on the HRIS/Oracle team
• Consult on HR reporting, analytics, and technical HR systems aspects
• Enter and audit employee data in Oracle, Laserfiche, and related tools and ensure compliance with policies
