Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the lifecycle of cross-functional risk programs, setting objectives, establishing success metrics, and driving quantifiable risk reduction across your portfolio.
• Partner with legal teams, policy owners, and regulators to interpret applicable laws, regulations, and business policies, then translate them into business impact and actionable program controls.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize risk projects, oversee control roll-outs, and measure their effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operational complexity while strengthening the overall risk posture.
• Communicate risk strategies, trade-offs, and recommendations through clear narratives and presentations to directors and VPs, aligning stakeholders toward coherent risk reduction outcomes.
