Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Director of Strategy in Rockford, MI to drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, portfolio management, and high-impact initiatives.

You will partner with corporate leadership, brands, and centers of excellence to align priorities, investments, and execution across a global consumer brand portfolio. The role requires 7+ years in strategy/consulting, a bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred), and a proven ability to lead complex analyses

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategy, consulting, and consumer products experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/economics/marketing/strategy; MBA preferred.
• Ability to assess complex business scenarios and develop focused strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets and financial data.
• Excellent communication translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
• Change management and project leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop growth agenda and brand alignment.
• Evolve strategic planning processes, frameworks, governance.
• Lead brands with clear positioning, priorities, investments, and growth plans.
• Identify adjacent and white space opportunities aligned to portfolio strategy.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Build relationships across the organization to influence decisions.
• Foster culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
• Support adoption of AAP/EEO goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
