This consultative role focuses on diagnosing people issues, designing solutions, and aligning talent with business goals. You will advise C-suite leaders and drive People Strategy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ensuring data integrity and compliant HR programs across supported organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct HRBP experience supporting Legal, Finance, Strategy, or External Affairs/Government Relations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner — identify organizational challenges and develop people solutions.
• Drive People Strategy in Legal, Finance, Strategy, and External Affairs.
• Translate business problems into actionable HR interventions with measurable outcomes.
• Provide expertise across performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
• Partner with and advise C-suite leadership on talent strategy and organizational matters.
• Execute cyclical HR programs and ensure HR data integrity for supported organizations.
• Maintain working knowledge of employment law and coordinate with Legal to manage compliance.
